My goal or streak disappeared

Goals and streaks are stored on the device where you created them. Clearing website data or deleting the app removes device-local history. Account sync for goals is not currently offered.

Photo evidence will not upload

Sign in first, allow camera or photo-library access, and choose an image under 12 MB. Completing an action never requires a photo.

Restore Delusional+

Open Goals, tap the plan badge, then choose Restore purchases. On iOS, the subscription must use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.

Cancel a subscription

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select Delusional. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period.

Account data or deletion

Email us from the address used to sign in. We verify ownership before deleting account-linked photo evidence.
